Join VASA Fitness as a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL)! As the GFSTL, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for members through inclusive and on-trend classes. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and staffing top talent, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, delivering world-class member experiences, and training and coaching instructors for ongoing development.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze and maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure equipment and spaces are well-maintained and execute flawless execution of playbooks and initiatives.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development through evaluations, feedback, and mentoring.
- Create a connection with members by delivering high-energy classes that motivate and uplift, fostering a supportive and engaging community.
