Compensation: $19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities
Purpose
The Fitness Studio Lead at VASA Fitness is responsible for creating an inclusive, accessible, and trend-setting fitness experience within the studio and group fitness areas. Leading a team of instructors and coaches, the Fitness Studio Lead will drive membership growth, engagement, and ensure an exceptional fitness experience for all members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and retain top talent to ensure studio and group fitness schedules are staffed effectively.
- Analyze business performance to maximize studio and group fitness usage, meeting or exceeding financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver a world-class member experience through flawless execution of VASA initiatives and programming.
- Lead ongoing instructor development, providing feedback, coaching, and training sessions.
- Enhance member engagement and create a supportive fitness community within the studio and group fitness spaces.
