Fleet Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at Prestige Fleet Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, ensuring they are road-worthy and safe for operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on vehicles, including brakes, diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine components.
• Schedule and oversee all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Manage inventory on the service truck and obtain parts from local vendors as needed.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including DOT forms and repair orders, accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work extended hours when necessary.
• Valid Driver's License and basic computer skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
