Principal Accountabilities

• Perform monitoring duties to ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, and quality specifications.
• Correlate with production on out-of-spec parameters.
• Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports for deviations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for deviations.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to work with hand tools and lift 20 lbs.
• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food safety or manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience at Cargill is a plus.
• Recent work history.
