Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will also be responsible for training and developing the team to drive performance and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Ensure inventory control and minimize losses.
• Supervise and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 for employment at Aldi.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience with management exposure preferred.
