Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Full-Time Assistant Store Manager at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Maintain inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
• Supervise store cleanliness, stock levels, and product merchandising.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
