Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi family. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, supervising team members, and ensuring optimal store performance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to support team growth and performance improvement.

- Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, product quality standards, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
