Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and identifying training opportunities for team growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor competitive environment and provide feedback on product offerings.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
