Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, manage schedules, develop operational plans, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback to enhance store performance.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Supervise team members and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
