Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate where you will play a vital role in keeping our store organized, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour with 32-40 hours per week on average.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves accurately
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, take part in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data security

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent knowledge gained through a combination of education and experience
