Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail environment preferred, good communication skills.
