Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Customer service skills and the ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail or equivalent knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
