Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with established policies while upholding document security.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Experience with store equipment and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and multitask effectively.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent.
