Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description:

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. As part of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure operational excellence.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute store tasks outlined in M.A.P.
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and cash handling processes
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash register proficiency
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience beneficial
