Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Capability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
