Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
