We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
