Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and clean. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and ensure document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service.
• Skilled in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
