Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, ensuring a well-organized store layout.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately, adhering to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
