Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visits.
• Stock shelves, perform general cleaning tasks, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubbers, and other tools as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages according to state and local regulations.
