Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
