Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and retail operations.
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies for security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register with efficiency.
- Capable of safely using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
