Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and fully stocked. You will provide exceptional customer service, operate the cash register, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate effectively with the team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures
- Comply with company policies and uphold data security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
