Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Process customer purchases and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform general cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
