Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to follow company policies and maintain a clean store.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
