Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities

- Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to prevent losses.
- Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
