Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Stock shelves, perform cleaning duties, and maintain merchandise displays
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and tools following safety guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
