Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages according to state laws.
