Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, merchandising, and cleaning duties to maintain store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with the store management team and provide feedback on store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and following company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
