Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service. The position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. behaviors as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory monitoring and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and maintain store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
