Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the store by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with the team will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Assist in inventory management and accuracy checks.
- Follow cash handling policies to ensure security and minimize losses.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of performing physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
