Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work as a Store Associate at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register, maintain store equipment, and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
