Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI’s Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Provide top-notch customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and assist in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver friendly and efficient customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Adherence to company policies and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
