Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Efficient cash register operation skills
- Capability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
