We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. With a starting wage of $19.50 per hour, this position offers an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills to provide outstanding customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure organized product displays.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and follow company policies.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and a high school diploma are preferred.
