Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and providing exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash handling procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Aptitude for working independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
