Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash handling procedures, and comply with company policies.
• Execute other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Able to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
