Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
