Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains its high standard through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory, and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, uphold security standards, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
