Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with our team, you will help customers with their shopping needs and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
