Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
