Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
