Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly with products.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
