Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Adhere to cash-handling policies and company procedures.
- Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is preferred.
