Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. From cashiering to cleaning, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) effectively.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure merchandise displays are appealing.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus.
