Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a well-stocked store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and follow established cash-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate cash registers and various store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
