Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
