Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report product feedback and inventory issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies and maintain document security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
