Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This position requires 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain the store's cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
