Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with our team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
